Refund policy

At The Lemon Drop Boutique we understand that sometimes you may receive an item that doesn't fit or just doesn't work the way you wished it would. We want to make shopping fun and easy for you. Below is our Refund Policy that we have put into place to make things a little easier!

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It needs to be free of perfume, dog hair, cigarette smoke, deodorant, etc. It must be within the 7 day mark. Then you may receive store credit for your return once we have received your item in good condition.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you can, include your packing slip with your return, circling the item you are returning.
 

Returned Items
Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and issued in the form of a gift card or code via email. We cannot issue refunds.

Sale items  
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are proven to be defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for the same item, but a different size (if available) send us an email at thelemondropboutique3@gmail.com explaining what you want and we will try our best to make it happen. When you send your item back, it is your responsibility to pay for shipping. Shipping from the initial order also cannot be refunded. You will receive store credit to purchase a new size once we have received the item back from you. Also, Please allow our team 2-3 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
 

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


If you are shipping back an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
